2025 WUI DAY AT THE CAPITOL

Day at the Capitol | May 14, 2025

9:30 am - 1:30 pm 

Your opportunity to let your representatives know what is important to you as a Utility Investor! You will hear from legislative leaders about the current issues affecting your investments, have opportunities to meet with your representatives at the Capital, and share lunch with your fellow WUI members at The Best Western Park Hotel (formerly Inn on the Park). A near record number of new legislators were elected last fall, here’s your chance to educate them on issues important to utility investors! You can drive to Madison or ride one of the comfortable coach buses provided by WUI. Valet parking is available at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel.

9:30am Arrive at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel

10:00am Informational session

11:15 am Meet with your senators and representatives at the State Capitol

12:30pm Lunch at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel

1:30pm End of Program / Board bus for return home

• Appleton (Little Chute), Park & Ride (US 41 at exit 146)
• Oshkosh, Park & Ride (US 41 and Wis 26 Oshkosh South)
• Beaver Dam, McDonald’s (840 Park Ave, Beaver Dam)
