Largely due to favorable weather and capital investment supported by the VLCs, the company is raising and narrowing its earnings guidance for 2026 to a range of $5.60 to $5.64 per share. This assumes normal weather for the remainder of the year. The company had previously announced earnings guidance for 2026 in a range of $5.51 to $5.61 per share.
The company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 95.25 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable December 1, 2026, to stockholders of record on November 13, 2026.
